Registration is closed!

Registration fees for regular participants and students / PhD students include conference materials, admission to the scientific program, coffee breaks, welcome reception, conference dinner, free entry to Průhonice Park from 7-10 May, and guided tours through the park. Registration fees for accompanying persons cover only the social events. Please note that accompanying persons cannot be admitted to the scientific program.

Regular participants:
Early registration: 6000 CZK (approx. 250 EUR)
Late registration: 7200 CZK (approx. 300 EUR)
Students / PhD students:
Early registration: 3600 CZK (approx. 150 EUR)
Late registration: 4800 CZK (approx. 200 EUR)
Accompanying persons:
Early registration: 1500 CZK (approx. 62 EUR)
Late registration: 2000 CZK (approx. 83 EUR)

In case of cancellation, refunds are possible until 30 April, 2012 except for a handling fee of 500 / 250 CZK for regular participants / students (full refunding for accompanying persons). After this date, no refunds are possible (for exception, see below).

Payments can be made via credit card, EC card, or bank transfer.

An official letter of invitation designed to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain countries (e.g., visa applications) can be sent upon request. Invitation letters can only be issued for people who
- have registered
- submitted an abstract that was not rejected, and
- paid the registration fee (complete refunding in case the visa application should fail)
It must be clearly understood that such letters do not cover any fees or other financial support.
