Průhonice Park is an English style landscape garden of 250 hectares (>600 acres) and 23 km (>14 miles) of trails which is designated as a National Heritage Site and UNESCO Protected Area. In May, it is most beautiful with the rhododendrons and azaleas in flower. Entrance to the park is free for participants and accompanying persons during the conference (name badge required). Regular park opening times in May are from 7:00-20:00. The entrance gate has a 24 hour reception (Czech speaking staff only), but we recommend to generally follow the official opening times.

Guided tours through Průhonice Park (Thursday, 10 May, 17:00-19:00)
The park harbors a rich collection of native and introduced plants, especially trees and shrubs. After the closing ceremony (if the weather allows), we are offering 2-3 tours for groups of max. 25 people each, guided by qualified staff. Advance registration is required (by 30 April). If you have particular topics of interest, please let us know. We will try to accommodate your wishes, if possible.
